We want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, resalable condition with original tags attached. If the fit isn't perfect or the style isn't right, we make the exchange process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package the Gear

  Ensure all items are clean and hair-free, then place them in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer with the packing slip included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
